Subsequent to your initial investment, you may make additional purchases of The Cook & Bynum Fund in your existing account at regular intervals through an Automatic Investment Plan (“AIP”).  The AIP provides a convenient method to have money deducted directly from your checking or savings account for investment in shares of the Fund.  Each purchase under the AIP must be a minimum of $100 per month.

To begin participating in an AIP, please do one of the following:

• Complete the Automatic Investment Plan section of your account application, or
• Enroll via online account access, or
• Contact a Fund representative at 877-839-COBY
