Our Belief...

Our belief is that managers are unable to make well-rounded decisions without building their own full body of knowledge on a business. International and domestic travel is a critical component of our research, allowing us to conduct channel checks, tour company facilities, and meet with senior management. There is no substitute for being on the ground to assess how businesses are really performing compared both to their potential as well as to their competitors.

Arca Tour in Northern Argentina

Salta is a city in northwestern Argentina that is famous for its old, colonial architecture and scenery. Our reason for visiting Salta was to tour the Arca bottling plant and meet with management.  We spent a significant amount of time observing operations in the factories as well as driving around the country side with Arca executives to visit every type of point of sale from hypermarkets to mom-and-pops.  We were truly impressed to see exactly how detail-oriented and involved the executives are with product placement and strategy. We also noticed how clearly dominant the Coke brand is compared its competitors.
